1. The 4G based controller connected with pump controller and get the level of the water tank from water level sensors, if the water tank is empty automatically motor pump will start till the water tank is not full, once the water tank is full the motor pump will stop.
2. Controller will push current pump on/off status and water level ( Full, Half, Empty) of the water Tank at cloud every 2 minutes interval to check the report at CMS application with Controller Number and Time and Date of log. User can re configure interval timing to push the data on cloud.
3. User Can also ON/Off flow of any Motor Pump from the MIS Application( Web or Android) , if Off from MIS , Motor will not start until user will On form MIS application.
4. Static IP based web application to configure device with Controller ID, Motor Pump ID, Motor Pump etc. (Add/Edit/Delete).
5. Custom Report for Pump On Duration, Tank water level, as daily, weekly and monthly basis summary of total flow with graphical representation.

How it works:

1. The 4G based controller connected with a) Door switch to get when Shelter door is open, b) Battery Loop, If battery loop is breaking the controller will get signal for the same, c) Battery Bank, if battery bank will disconnected or voltage below 36 volt controller will get signal, d) NO/NC / 12V input to Vibration Sensor alert, e) NO/NC / 12V input to Infrared Beam Sensor alert.
2. The TPMS integrated with small camera mounted at front of TPMS encloser (that is extended version).
3. When any of the above event happen immediately TPMS starts executing its function which causes instant capture the snapshot through the camera and push to the server and then call and SMS goes to the four pre-configured mobile numbers respectively. The Device will keep on calling on all the four numbers stored one by one till any one number picks the phone to acknowledge that he has got the message for emergency situation. After the call and SMS the camera will again start taking pictures and push to the server until the user will not reset the alarm from the web or android application.
4. TPMS will also push image and data through GPRS with controller Id, event id on the cloud server for MIS reports, also view and download the images captured by the camera.
5. Web application/ Android App to new controller manage controller mobile numbers etc. (Add/Edit/Delete).
6. TPMS can be activated and deactivated and reset alarm through the android/web app or remote to enter at premises.
7. User level access, custom reports, live status of all controller.
8. Heart beat (Health of the controller can also check at web/android application) to check the health of TPMS controller, if heart beat will not come in certain time, cloud will send SMS/call to the concern person.
