Job Description:

Position Overview: The Customer Relationship Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining long-term relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. Key Responsibilities:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer relationship management, preferably in the electronics industry.
  • Proven track record of managing customer relationships and improving customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
  1. Customer Engagement:
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
    • Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions and recommendations.
  2. Customer Support:
    • Address and resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a timely manner.
    • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and support.
  3. Account Management:
    • Manage customer accounts and ensure all customer information is up-to-date.
    • Monitor customer accounts to identify potential issues and opportunities.
  4. Feedback and Improvement:
    • Gather customer feedback and provide insights to improve products and services.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and improve overall customer experience.
  5. Sales and Upselling:
    • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products to existing customers.
    • Work closely with the sales team to develop strategies for customer retention and growth.
  6. Reporting and Analysis:
    • Prepare regular reports on customer interactions, feedback, and satisfaction levels.
    • Analyze customer data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  7. Event Coordination:
    • Coordinate and participate in customer events, meetings, and presentations.
    • Represent the company at industry events and trade shows.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer relationship management, preferably in the electronics industry.
  • Proven track record of managing customer relationships and improving customer satisfaction.
