Job Description:

Position Overview: The Electronics Factory Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the manufacturing process, including production planning, quality control, and maintenance. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to optimize production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Production Management:
- Oversee daily manufacturing operations to ensure efficient and timely production.
- Develop and implement production schedules and workflows to meet production targets.
Quality Control:
- Ensure that all products meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Implement and maintain quality control processes and procedures.
Team Leadership:
- Manage and lead a team of production supervisors, technicians, and operators.
- Provide training, development, and performance evaluations for factory staff.
Process Optimization:
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Utilize lean manufacturing principles and other methodologies to enhance productivity.
Maintenance and Safety:
- Oversee the maintenance of all factory equipment and machinery.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.
Inventory and Supply Chain Management:
- Manage inventory levels to ensure sufficient raw materials and components are available.
- Coordinate with procurement and supply chain teams to maintain a smooth supply chain flow.
Budget Management:
- Develop and manage the factory budget, including labor, materials, and operational costs.
- Monitor expenses and implement cost-saving measures.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare and present regular reports on production performance, quality metrics, and other key indicators.
- Analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing management, preferably in the electronics industry.
Proven track record of managing production operations and leading teams.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and lean manufacturing principles.

Proficiency in manufacturing software and tools (e.g., ERP systems, MES).
