Job Description:

Position Overview: The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes in our electronics product manufacturing facility. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of HR functions to ensure a productive, compliant, and engaged workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Staffing:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
Employee Relations:
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Address employee concerns and grievances promptly and effectively.
- Conduct investigations and resolve workplace issues.
Performance Management:
- Develop and implement performance management systems and processes.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on performance issues.
- Conduct performance reviews and identify opportunities for employee development.
Training and Development:
- Assess training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Coordinate and facilitate training sessions and workshops.
- Monitor the effectiveness of training programs.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Develop and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs.
- Conduct salary benchmarking and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Administer employee benefits programs and address employee inquiries.
Compliance and Policies:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Develop, update, and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to policies and regulations.
HR Metrics and Reporting:
- Track and analyze HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR programs.
- Prepare and present reports on HR activities, trends, and issues to senior management.
Health and Safety:
- Collaborate with the safety team to ensure a safe working environment.
- Develop and implement health and safety policies and programs.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
Minimum of [X] years of experience in human resources management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and legal requirements.
