Job Description:

Position Overview: The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes in our electronics product manufacturing facility. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of HR functions to ensure a productive, compliant, and engaged workforce.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Recruitment and Staffing:
    • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
    • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
  2. Employee Relations:
    • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
    • Address employee concerns and grievances promptly and effectively.
    • Conduct investigations and resolve workplace issues.
  3. Performance Management:
    • Develop and implement performance management systems and processes.
    • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on performance issues.
    • Conduct performance reviews and identify opportunities for employee development.
  4. Training and Development:
    • Assess training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
    • Coordinate and facilitate training sessions and workshops.
    • Monitor the effectiveness of training programs.
  5. Compensation and Benefits:
    • Develop and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs.
    • Conduct salary benchmarking and ensure compliance with regulations.
    • Administer employee benefits programs and address employee inquiries.
  6. Compliance and Policies:
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
    • Develop, update, and implement HR policies and procedures.
    • Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to policies and regulations.
  7. HR Metrics and Reporting:
    • Track and analyze HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR programs.
    • Prepare and present reports on HR activities, trends, and issues to senior management.
  8. Health and Safety:
    • Collaborate with the safety team to ensure a safe working environment.
    • Develop and implement health and safety policies and programs.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
  • Minimum of [X] years of experience in human resources management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
