Job Description:

Position Overview: The Quality Control Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing quality control systems designed to ensure continuous production of advanced electronics products consistent with established standards, customer specifications, and production goals. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, leadership skills, and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Quality Control Systems:
- Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures to ensure product quality and compliance.
- Establish quality standards and specifications for products and processes.
Inspection and Testing:
- Oversee the inspection and testing of materials, components, and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Utilize various testing equipment and methodologies to assess product quality.
Problem Solving and Improvement:
- Identify quality issues and implement corrective actions to address root causes.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and process efficiency.
Compliance and Documentation:
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and certifications (e.g., ISO, RoHS).
- Maintain accurate records of quality inspections, test results, and corrective actions.
Supplier Quality Management:
- Evaluate and monitor supplier quality and performance.
- Collaborate with suppliers to resolve quality issues and improve their processes.
Team Leadership:
- Lead and manage a team of quality control inspectors and technicians.
- Provide training, guidance, and performance evaluations for the quality control team.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare and present regular reports on quality metrics, trends, and issues.
- Analyze quality data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
Customer Satisfaction:
- Address customer complaints and returns related to product quality.
- Implement measures to improve customer satisfaction and reduce quality-related issues.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field; advanced degree or certification (e.g., Six Sigma, ASQ) is a plus.
Minimum of [X] years of experience in quality control management, preferably in the electronics manufacturing industry.
Strong knowledge of quality control principles, methodologies, and tools.
