IoT-based Production Output Monitoring System

IoT based real time production report system with three inputs buttons for the alert ( Break Down, Tools Change & No Man) WIFI/GSM 4G based devices to count the productions of any production unit and send the real-time data at cloud server. Four Button available on the controller; Break Down, Tools Change , No Man alert and Reset button ,User can pressed any of the button from the controller if any event happen, Reset button available to reset from any event.

How it works

The WIFI based device will get pulse count of the production items from sensor and push the data log after every minute (can be changed as per requirement) at cloud as production Machine id, production count and real time stamp. also send the current status of Break Down, Tools Change , No Man Buttons. Cloud an also make call and send SMS at four pre-configured mobile numbers respectively if break down or No Man alert button pressed. Mobile number can configured or edited from the web application.
